DISTRESS

Basic Guard can be activated by shaking your phone or by pressing your on-screen alert button. Your phone immediately records a short video and audio clip which, along with your exact GPS location, is sent instantly to our control centre and your emergency contacts via sms and email.

MEETING

The meeting feature is a timed alert.  Automatically sending a notification after the alloted time frame - even if you can't get to your phone.  Ideal for a business person working alone, when meeting strangers or even going for a run. This function allows your device to automatically notify your prescribed contacts if you do not return within the pre-determined time.

MAN DOWN

Reacts to a sudden impact or fall.  Detects if you aren't moving and automatically raises the alert. This provides extra protection in a situation where injury or personal immobilization is a constant possibility.

JOURNEY

Travel safely knowing that your loved ones are watching over you when you set out on a trip.  They are able to track your every move in real time (on their phone or computer) and will get a notification when you have safely arrived at your destination.

WITNESS

Use the BasicGuard Reporting feature when you need to report an incident or crime affecting you or anyone close by. This function allows you to send information, including photos, anonymously.  Our Control Centre uses this information to inform the relevant authorities.

DANGER ZONES

We create Geo-fences to automatically warn our members when they have entered a potentially dangerous area.

MASS NOTIFICATION

Our Control Center is able to send geo targeted mass notifications in case of emergencies, such as extreme weather, riots, road closures or other pertinent information which needs to be immediately conveyed on .
